vipph Terms & Conditions

Access to and use of the vipph online gaming platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and vipph with respect to your use of the platform.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," logging into your vipph account, or otherwise accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

vipph reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on vipph, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of vipph, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from vipph or had your account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms;
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and using your own funds.

vipph conducts age and identity verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID) to verify your age and identity before withdrawals are processed or account limits are adjusted.

Any account found to be registered by or used by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. All funds in such an account will be forfeited and any winnings will be voided. vipph takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with any regulatory investigation in this regard.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) active account on the vipph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your vipph account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID;
• A valid and active email address that you own and control;
• Your date of birth;
• Your current residential address in the Philippines;
• A valid Philippine mobile number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. vipph will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. You must notify vipph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

vipph reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms. Account closure does not automatically entitle you to a refund of deposited funds where a breach has occurred.

All financial transactions on vipph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). vipph supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer.

Deposits: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your vipph wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available withdrawable balance;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds;
• vipph reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. vipph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

vipph does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request. Currency conversion fees do not apply as all transactions are processed in Philippine Peso.

vipph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all vipph promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. One bonus per player, per household, per IP address, and per device applies unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry;
• vipph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except where explicitly permitted;
• vipph reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, engaged in bonus hunting, or otherwise acted in bad faith.

• Collusion between players was detected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vipph platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the platform on behalf of a third party;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the vipph platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vipph staff or other players;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

vipph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, all of which are accessible from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the vipph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any vipph content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on vipph content;
• Use any vipph trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform.

Any unauthorized use of vipph's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law. vipph reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in such cases.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vipph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vipph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vipph shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Loss of business or business opportunity;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions beyond vipph's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude vipph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The vipph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

vipph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the vipph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, vipph collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration and identity verification (KYC);
• Processing deposits and withdrawals;
• Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, including AML requirements;
• Providing customer support;

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting vipph support. Account closure requests will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal and account closure procedures in effect at the time of the request.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of the vipph platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting vipph support with a written description of your complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines. vipph operates within the Philippine online gaming regulatory framework and acknowledges the oversight role of PAGCOR where applicable.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
